Arcus City – a Residential Project Embraced by Oak

Buildings G, H, and I, which include 63 apartments and five commercial units within the Arcus City project in Prague – Řeporyje, are currently under construction. Final inspection is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024, and future owners will be able to move in during the second quarter of 2025.

Work is now shifting to the interior, where masonry partition walls will be built and water, wastewater, electrical, and ventilation systems will be installed.

All apartments will feature our high-quality parquet flooring, which ensures durability, aesthetic appeal, and living comfort.
