A Home with a View – The Warmth of Wood

On the eleventh floor of a Ljubljana high-rise, a couple found their new home — one that combines timeless aesthetics, functionality, and warmth.
Architect Petra Plevnik (Studio Ideas) designed an interior defined by clean lines and refined details.

At the heart of this spatial transformation is also our wood flooring, which, with its natural warmth, light tone, and carefully selected texture, complements the apartment’s calm color palette and emphasizes the feeling of homeliness.
The flooring is thoughtfully placed as a key material, adding a tangible character and a sense of permanence to the entire interior.
